Half of the rental amount, full deposit refund

Full rental amount charged, deposit refunded

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our rescheduling policy allows flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the original booking date
  • New date must be within 30 days of the original booking
  • Subject to availability of the requested new date
  • No additional fees for rescheduling within the allowed timeframe
  • Only one reschedule allowed per booking

No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to our facilities and maintain operational efficiency, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

  • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount
  • Deposit will be refunded minus any administrative fees
  • Future bookings may require full payment in advance
  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, we may offer special consideration:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
  • Government-imposed restrictions
  • Other exceptional circumstances (at our discretion)

Please contact us immediately in case of emergencies, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

Our refund process is designed to be transparent and efficient:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
