Terms and Conditions

By renting our coffee lab facilities, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are binding and enforceable.

• All bookings must be made through our official booking system
• Renters must be at least 18 years of age
• All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions
• The lab must be left in the same condition as found
• Any damage to equipment must be reported immediately

A security deposit is required for all lab rentals to ensure proper care of equipment and facilities.

• Deposit amount: AED 1,000
• Deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the rental date
• Deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the rental period
• Deposit may be withheld for:
  • Damage to equipment or facilities
  • Excessive cleaning required
  • Late return of equipment
  • Violation of safety rules

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business operations.

• Cancellations made 7+ days before rental: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before rental: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before rental: No refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 3 days in advance
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount

All equipment must be used according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

• Equipment must be operated by trained personnel only
• Any malfunction must be reported immediately
• Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself
• Follow all posted safety guidelines
• Return all equipment to its designated storage area

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the following liability terms:

• We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage
• Renters are responsible for their own insurance coverage
• We reserve the right to terminate rental for safety violations
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
